Description
The project proposal "Technological equipment - production line for bottling table water" envisages the expansion and diversification of the economic activity of the existing microenterprise "Lord I&G" EOOD through investments in machines and equipment for the production of new products - bottled table water for sale in tourist and commercial establishments. The production of the new products will be carried out at the site "Factory for the production of high-alcohol drinks, carbonated and non-alcoholic drinks and bottling of table water" in the city of Razlog, which is leased by "Lord I&G" EOOD and for its current economic activity with code according to KID 2008 - 11.01. "Production of spirits". The facility was designed and built in strict compliance with all applicable norms and requirements - hygienic, constructive, production. The new investment intention is related to the bottling of table water, which will lead to the launch of an additional economic activity with code under KID 2008 11.07 "Production of soft drinks, mineral and other bottled waters". The main activity of the current project is "Purchase, delivery and installation of technological equipment for bottling table water". The planned production equipment is described in the prepared Technological Project. Apply for 50% BFP intensity. Given that the conditions under Art. 50, para. 2 of ZUSEFSU, a contractor has been selected in advance and a delivery contract has been concluded from 28.11.2023. On the basis of the existing production of high-alcohol drinks, the raw material for the production process has already been secured - drinking spring water, which will be purified and enriched. Production and service premises are available - warehouses, sanitary facilities, office, etc. A favorable circumstance is the already developed distribution network and the existing markets. 3 jobs will be opened and maintained to service the production line for bottling table water.

| Закупуване, доставка и монтаж на технологично оборудване за бутилиране на трапезна вода: Производствената линия за бутилиране на трапезна вода включва машини и оборудване, чиито характеристики и параметри са подробно описани в Технологичния проект и Техническата спецификация. Планираното за закупуване, доставка и монтаж оборудване включва елементите от цялостна технологична линия в съответствие с последователните производствени операции от производствения процес - от подготовка на амбалажа /празни бутилки/ до опаковането на затворените и етикетирани пълни бутилки с трапезна вода - за последващо временно складиране или директна експедиция. Планираното за доставка и монтаж оборудване се състои от следните последователно свързани машини и елементи: 1. Лентов транспортьор 2. Машина за изплакване на бутилки 3. Лентов транспортьор 4. Машина за пълнене на бутилки 5. Лентов транспортьор 6. Машина за затваряне на бутилки 7. Лентов транспортьор 8. Машина за етикетиране и маркиране на готови продукти 9. Лентов транспортьор 10. Лентов транспортьор за опаковане в кашони 11. Машина за автоматично увиване със стреч фолио 12. Резервоар 16 m3 Съгласно описанието в Технологичния проект, планираното за закупуване технологично оборудване е изработено от материали, които позволяват контакт с храните/водата, отговарящи на ветеринарно-санитарните и хигиенните изисквания, определени в Регламент (ЕО) №852/2004г. и Регламент (ЕО) №853/2004 г. При монтажа на технологичното оборудване и за целите на пускането в експлоатация, производствената линия за бутилиране на трапезна вода ще бъде свързана със самостоятелна тръбна система за филтриране и пречистване на водата, която е налична в предприятието, защото обслужва съществуващото производство на спиртни напитки. | 358 400.00 | 0.00 |
