The project proposal envisages the opening of an object - a bistro for healthy eating and includes the installation of a movable object with an area of ​​68.75 sq.m. in UPI VII, quarter 53 according to the reg.plan of the village of Alino according to layout scheme No.B-292/18.10.2022, issued by ch. architect of the municipality of Samokov, as well as purchasing assets. After the implementation of the project, the site will be registered and categorized, according to the current regulations. The restaurant will offer a variety of dishes, tailored to the requirements for healthy eating - the offers will mainly include fish and vegetable dishes (hot and cold cuisine). The manager of Alino Art EOOD sees potential in the development of Alino as a place for rural, ecological , cultural and fishing tourism. It is located at the foot of the Plana mountain, surrounded by small rivers that flow into the Palakaria river. Directly above the village in a beautiful pine forest there is a dam, used for sport fishing and a place for tourism and recreation. Near the village is the Alinsky Monastery "Sveti Spas" - a cultural monument with unique wall paintings. Near the monastery is the rock of the Mother's Tear, from which drops of healing water, resembling the tears of a crying girl, are constantly dripping. The remains of the medieval fortress Alinsko Kale are also nearby. Immediately next to the village there are several Thracian burial mounds, which are the earliest historical evidence of life in these lands - in the area of ​​"St. Rangel" one can see an imposing stone sarcophagus (Roman), which the locals call Momata, due to its specific shape. Due to the beautiful nature, the clean and ecological area, rich in cultural attractions, the village of Alino is visited by many tourists. There are guest houses in the village, which are rented all year round by tourists, but there are few places to eat, which is why the investment in a bistro for food.
