The applicant's activity and current investments are directed in 2 directions as follows:
1. Production of baked products from ready-made semi-finished products, for which activity the following equipment will be purchased:
- Refrigerator 600 l. worth - 1 pc. worth BGN 4,844.98. without VAT.
- Refrigerator and freezer combination - 1 pc. worth BGN 19,423.50. without VAT.
- Electric plate smooth - 1 pc. worth BGN 1,415.92. without VAT.
- Foiling machine – 1 pc. worth BGN 982.44 without VAT.
- Vacuum sealer – 1 pc. worth 8 m³/h - BGN 9,218.56 without VAT.
- Shock freezer with a capacity of 10 trays - 1 pc. worth BGN 14,679.36 excluding VAT.
- Duner robot with a capacity of 120 kg. - 1 piece. worth BGN 45,661.24 excluding VAT.
- Freezer 227 liters – 3 pcs. BGN 2,976.72 each. without VAT for a total value of BGN 8,930.16 without VAT.
The total investment in the production activity amounts to BGN 105,156.16. without VAT.
A technology has been prepared according to which the following products will be produced:
1. Duner kebab 300g.
2. Duner kebab 500g.
3. Meatballs package - 250g.
4. Kebabs package - 250g.
4. Steaks package - 250g.
- Skewers package 250g.
- Carnacetta package 250g.
-Wings package 250g.
2. Grocery and cigarette shop. The following investments will be made in this activity:
- Side-wall showcase – 1 pc. worth BGN 17,379.80.
- Management system for a "Mini-supermarket" commercial establishment - 1 pc. – BGN 12,552
Total value of the investment in the store BGN 29,931.80.
The business premises are rented with notarized contracts.
The predominant part of the investments under the project are for investments in production activities.
