The project proposal was prepared by the newly established micro-enterprise "Ivet Entertainment" EOOD Zavet, whose sole owner has professional experience and knowledge in the field of film screenings, as well as in organizing and conducting informational, educational, cultural and entertainment events. After a marketing research, a decision was made to start an independent economic activity in a territory where there are no such services, but identified needs and favorable opportunities for starting and developing your own business. The company plans to develop new services for the territory of the municipalities of Zavet and Kubrat: Film screening "Traveling Cinema" in the settlements; Organizing and / or technical and logistical support with a stage - a podium with an area of ​​48 square meters and a roof structure for it, sound, artistic and stage lighting of performances and cultural events in the hall and open spaces.
The services are described in the business plan prepared for a 5-year period.It is planned to create 2 new jobs.
For the purposes of the project, Ivet Entertainment EOOD has an investment intention to purchase technical equipment for film screenings, performances and stage events, sound and lighting. The selected equipment as a type and assembly is mobile, consists of separate modules and elements that are suitable for storage and transportation. A Technical Specification has been prepared, on the basis of which a market research has been carried out with the collection of three independent comparable offers. The assets delivered under the project will be stored in a rented warehouse in the village of Brestovene, Zavet municipality.
The equipment (or part of it) will be transported, installed and installed in community centers in the municipalities of Zavet and Kubrat - by agreement for joint activities with the community center or outdoors - by agreement with the Municipality. The project relies on profitability and sustainability.
