This business plan substantiates in an economic, financial and production aspect the effectiveness of making an investment in the purchase of agricultural machinery Tractor with cab, with equipment for it FRONT LOADER, for serving a farm for breeding goats, growing food for their nutrition, as well as necessary operations in growing wine vines. The purchase of an agricultural drone is also planned for the wine vineyards. The investments are directly related to the implementation of the priorities set for the current acceptance of project proposals under an open Procedure through the selection of project proposals No. BG06RDNP001-19.838 under sub-measure 4.1. "Investments in agricultural holdings" from measure 4 "Investments in tangible assets" of the Strategy for community-led local development of the SNC "Local Initiative Group Sandanski - MIG Sandanski". The specific investment tractor with a front loader will allow to create better conditions for raising animals, and an opportunity for faster and qualitative processing of the areas with wine vineyards related to increasing biosecurity during cultivation and food collection in the farm, and the quality of the fodder produced for the farmed animals and those grown for the sale of wine grapes is guaranteed by means of the new tractor, to which the available plows and disc harrows can be attached. The investment will help the farm, on the one hand, meet all veterinary-sanitary and hygiene requirements, in terms of animal welfare requirements, as well as those related to plant protection requirements regarding environmental and water protection. The necessary fodder for feeding the animals and grazing is provided every year by renting fields, pastures and meadows, and the planned investment will help in their management.
