The store is the main supplier of this type of goods for the entire Municipality of Slivnitsa. In recent years, with the implementation of numerous large infrastructure projects in the area, the demand for goods for wholesale purchase has increased.
The company has rented a warehouse with an area of about 520 square meters, with an address in the town of Slivnitsa, in the town of Lozishte, where it stores and stores construction materials. A large number of construction companies such as "TERNA" AD, "Nivelstroy" AD, GBS and others buy wholesale from the warehouse. Currently, the company does not have equipment for loading and unloading construction materials, which makes sales very difficult.
Therefore, the company is planning the purchase of a wheel loader with which to unload the goods upon receiving a delivery and with which to load whole pallets when selling wholesale. The loader will enable the company to purchase entire truckloads of goods, which will allow it to negotiate lower purchase prices. In addition, the presence of a front loader will increase the company's wholesale sales because it will enable the loading of large quantities in a short time.
