The project proposal "Renovation of the Rehearsal Hall in the "Hristo Botev1907" Elementary School, Roman, envisages the implementation of construction and installation works, which include: Dismantling of old skirting boards, mirrors, lining of boards, balum. Masonry with aerated concrete with a thickness of 15 cm. Delivery and installation of an aluminum sliding door with two wings and dimensions 195/210, cement putty when the cladding and door are dismantled, plaster putty on the walls, latex painting on the walls, supply and installation of balum, ceiling and wall lighting fixtures. Delivery and installation of new mirrors. The last renovation of the community center was in 2007 for its centenary. In the Rehearsal Hall, the dance team, which is made up of 4 groups, rehearse the children from the sports dance school, small events and meetings are also held there. The floor is linoleum, which is badly worn, chipped, stained and has not been replaced since 2007.
The walls are covered with cladding panels and decolin, the mirrors installed on the wall are from 1980, there is no door from the salon to the dressing rooms, the lighting is old and inappropriate. The total cost is BGN 19,965.92 excluding VAT, according to the lowest price offer from conducted market consultations.
In connection with the application requirements under the present procedure, a survey of the object was made and an Opinion was issued by the Chief Architect of the Municipality of Roman, according to which it is not necessary to issue a Building Permit.
The implementation of the project proposal will support the revitalization and increase the attractiveness of the city of Roman by promoting social inclusion with various and varied community activities carried out by the "Hristo Botev -1907" PN.
The expected result is a renovated, updated modern rehearsal hall in the community center building.
