The subject of this project proposal is the creation and opening of a new butcher's shop with a cutting room, by purchasing professional equipment. The meat shop with a cutting room, where meat products will be produced, will be located in LPR IV-780, quarter 48 according to the detailed urban plan of the town of Momchilgrad. The production capacity of the cutting plant will be 200 kg. finished product per day. The investment envisaged by the project includes technological equipment and furnishing of the butcher's shop, according to the prepared Technological project and construction of a ventilation system.
The applicant has nearly 4 years of experience in the trade of meat products only outside retail outlets and through the planned investment under this project proposal the applicant introduces completely new practices and products for the company.
As a result of this investment, the activity of the applicant's micro-enterprise will develop, which will ensure the growth of the local economy and increase competitiveness.
The project activity will be implemented on the territory of Momchilgrad municipality, included in the scope of the Momchilgrad - Krumovgrad LAG.
The project proposal fully meets the need of the LAG for investments related to the development of agricultural activities, including new ones, and the promotion of employment. Its implementation will contribute to the achievement of specific objective 1 "Achieving sustainable economic growth, development of entrepreneurial spirit of the population and strengthening SMEs" in the scope of priority area 1: Development of agricultural holdings and promotion of local business, and in general Objective 1 of the LAG's SWOM, namely:Achieving sustainable economic growth, developing the entrepreneurial spirit of the population and strengthening SMEs.
With the implementation of the planned investment, it is planned to create one job and increase employment.
