Description

Brief description 
Проектното предложение има за цел да осигури въвеждане на нови физически активи / хладилна камера и хладилни инсталация към нея/ в предприятието, преработваща и съхраняваща земеделските продукти , произвеждани в стопанството на Ченчев 2021 с цел производство на качествен продукт охладена. Дейности по проектното предложение:
Ще бъде закупено и монтирано необходимото оборудване и съоръжения, както следва:
•	1 брой среднотемпературна хладилна камера за предохлаждане на сини сливи с температурен режим 0/+4о;
•	1 брой хладилна инсталация.
Кандидатът обработва около 169 дка насаждения от сини сливи, от които очаква добиви около 338 000 тона. Реализацията на проектното предложение ще даде възможност, част от тях да бъдат запазвани за по-дълго време, чрез охлаждане и да бъдат реализирани на пазара с по-високи цени през времето, в което липсват пресни плодове.
