Description

Brief description 
Проектното предложение на „СОЛАРС-75“ ЕООД е насочено към повишаване на енергийната ефективност и намаляване на енергийните разходи в производствения цех на дружеството в гр. Бургас чрез внедряване на високоефективна VRF термопомпена система тип „въздух-въздух“ с обща инсталирана мощност около 90 kW. Новата система ще осигури отопление и охлаждане на производствените помещения, като замести остарялото и неефективно оборудване и по този начин значително ще намали енергопотреблението и въглеродните емисии.

Инвестицията включва доставка и монтаж на външни и вътрешни касетъчни тела Carrier, изграждане на тръбни връзки, пуск, автоматизация и въвеждане в експлоатация. Системата ще бъде оборудвана с интелигентно управление, позволяващо прецизен контрол на температурата и оптимизация на енергийните режими според натоварването.

Изчисленията показват необходима отоплителна мощност 72 kW, увеличена с 20% резерв заради специфичните характеристики на сградата (голям обем, слаба изолация и често отваряне на порталите). Новото решение ще осигури комфортни работни условия през всички сезони, като същевременно ще намали разходите за електроенергия с над 30% и ще подобри енергийната ефективност на предприятието.

Реализацията на проекта ще допринесе за изпълнение на целите на Програма „Конкурентоспособност и иновации в предприятията“ 2021-2027, като насърчи използването на енергийно ефективни технологии, намали въглеродния отпечатък на производството и засили устойчивостта и конкурентоспособността на „СОЛАРС-75“ ЕООД.
