Description
The project was developed within the proc. BG06RDNP001-19.447 under M6.4. "Support for investments in the establishment and development of non-agricultural activities" from the CLLDS of the Chirpan LIG. The main goal of the project is to encourage investment activities in the construction sector, leading to the creation of employment, which will contribute to the development of non-agricultural activities with the potential for sustainable development in the Chirpan region, through the purchase of a telescopic loader for the needs of Dimitrov Engineering LTD EOOD. The main activity of the project consists in the delivery of a telescopic loader to be used in the activities of new construction and reconstructions, which the company carries out. The duration is 24 m., and the budget is BGN 199,983.62, of which 75% is a grant. As a result of the implementation of the project and the investments made, 1 new job for an excavator will be created, the competitiveness of the company will increase by increasing the turnover, reducing the costs of external services, increasing the quality of the offered construction works, reducing the cost of construction -repair activities, dependence on external contractors will be reduced, the time for excavation and loading and unloading activities will be reduced. As an additional effect, investing in a modern machine will contribute to the protection of the environment by reducing harmful emissions in the atmospheric air and waste from construction activities. The implementation of the project will contribute to the achievement of the goals set in the CLLDS to promote investment activity, creating employment and prerequisites for sustainable development in sectors other than agriculture in the Chirpan region, and this will also contribute to the fulfillment of the goals for development of the competitiveness of rural areas, and to accelerate the diversification of non-agricultural activities laid down in the PDRA 2014-2020.

| Инвестиции в телескопичен товарач: Димитров Инженеринг ЛТД ЕООД специализира в строителството на селскостопански сгради (навеси, халета, зърнобази, дестилерии за етерични масла и др.), реконструкция на мостови съоръжения, реконструкции и корекции на реки, и в малка степен - жилищно строителство. Средно-годишно се завършват по два обекта – един за строителство и един за строителни реконструкции. В повечето случаи, фирмата работи като подизпълнител на други строителни фирми. Фирмата разполага с наета база в с. Зетьово, община Чирпан, с площ от 1250 м2, в която има изградени масивна сграда, работилница и гараж. За ползването на базата има сключен договор за наем от 22.11.2022 г., за срок от 10 години, който е вписан в Агенция по вписванията. За строителните дейности фирмата използва собствени багер и валяк, които са втора употреба и вече са морално и физически остарели. За изкопните и товаро-разтоварни дейности на строителните обекти фирмата обикновено наема телескопичен товарач. Ползва се под наем и друга строителна техника, което увеличава разходите за външни услуги и повишава себестойността на строителствата и реконструкциите. Поради това е необходимо инвестирането в телескопичен товарач (1 бр.), със следните минимални технически и функционални характеристики: • Двигател – до 110 к.с. • Максимална товароподемност – 3600 кг • Максимална височина – 9500 мм • Максимално изнасяне на товара напред – 6550 мм • Палетни рога • Кофа Преди подаването на проекта е извършен избор измежду 3 оферти, които са класирани и в проекта е включена най-ниската оферирана цена. Тъй като стойността надхвърля 30000 лв., съгласно чл.50 на ЗУСЕСИФ, след стартирането на проекта ще бъде извършен избор на външен изпълнител чрез публична покана.
