Brief description of the project offer
Acquisition of two high-tech Pick and Place machines (assembly robot - automatic machine for assenbling SMD electronic components) Decan L2 with a set of feeders for assembling electronic components and specialized software these activities. Installation in two existing lines for the assembly of SMD electronic components with two Decan F2 Pick and Place machines each.
Currently, Tremol SMD Ltd. own 6 (six) SMD production lines for automatic assembly/assembly of SMD electronic components. All production lines are built with two Pick and Place machines. Three of the production lines are equipped with two Decan F2 Pick and Place machines (assembly robots - automatic machine for assenbling SMD electronic components).
With the current project, we plan to complete two of these lines with one more Pick and Place machine from the Decan series - and specifically Pick and Place machine (assembly robot - automatic machine for the assembling of SMD electronic components) Decan L2. The Pick and Place machines will be equipped with compact feeders/magazines that feed different types and sizes of SMD components to the machines. Pick and Place machines are equipped with specialized software for their tprogramming and operation. The practice is that this software is periodically updated, improved and extended by the manufacturer of the Pick and Place machines. In this way, the two production lines will each have three Pick and place machines.
