Кандидатът започва  дейност със статут на земеделски стопанин от 02.12.2022 г.  Имотите на земеделският стопанин се ползват с Аренден договор и са разположени в землището на гр. Дулово, общ. Дулово. Основната дейност на Али Сефер за стопанската 2022/2023 е отглеждане на  зеленчуци  - домати на открито, като целта на Али Сефер е и да създаде овощна градина - кайсии и праскови в нов имот от 8 декара,който ще наеме дългосрочно. Али Сефер  не притежава земеделска техника и инвентар, няма склад за съхранение на продукцията и препарати за растителна защита.
