Description

Brief description 
Настоящият проект предвижда закупуване на технологично оборудване и изграждане на автономна електрическа централа 859.61 kwp за собствени нужди върху покрив на предприятие за преработка, охлаждане и сушене на плодове и зеленчуци  в  ПИ 555186.120.220 с. Паисиево,  общ. Дулово, обл. Силистра.
Основната продукция ще бъде сушени сливи без костилки и замразени кайсии с костилки, които са отгледани в градините на кандидата, които са над 200 дка. 
Настоящият проект изследва възможността да се оптимизира технологичния процес на сушенето на сини сливи и изграждането на автономна електрическа централа 859.61 kwp за собствени нужди, с което ще се постигне намаляване на производствените разходи и достигане на конкурентна цена на предлаганите от кандидата продукти. 
Производствената база е в близост до собствените масиви от сливови и кайсиеви насаждения, което естествено предполага ниски транспортни разходи, а оттам и по-ниска себестойност на готовата продукция.
