Brief description 
Кандидатът започва  дейност със статут на земеделски стопанин от 28.11.2022 г. Преди това, на 24.11.2022 година регистрира един договор за аренда  за срок от 10  години, който влиза в сила от датата на подписването му. Овощните насаждения на площ от 28.808 декара - кайсии, създадени на два пъти, като половината насаждения са на 12 години, а останалата половина на 2 години. Сортовете, които преобладават са - Мъркулещи, Унгарка и Ню джърси. При създаването им е възприета схема на засаждане 6/5 и 33 броя. на декар. Овощното насаждение е в землището на с. Искра, където живее и кандидатът.
