The investment intention of Investagro BG OOD includes: construction of drip irrigation on an area of 156.7 decares, located in the lands of the village of Marash and the village of Salmanovo. The constructed irrigation system will serve strawberry and essential oil crops as follows. The construction of a tunnel-type greenhouse block with a total area of 4.6 decares for growing strawberries is also envisaged. The main goal for the construction of the greenhouses is the production of fruits at an earlier stage with high quality and respectively with a higher selling price. The project envisages the greenhouse unit to be equipped with fully automated systems in terms of precision digital irrigation, electronic microclimate control, automated and precision fertilization and plant protection. Construction of a service one-storey building, made of steel frame construction, covered with a 4.00 cm roof thermal panel with three ribs. The wall cladding will be made of a 4.00 cm wall thermal panel. It is planned to build a reinforced concrete pavement with a thickness of 15 cm, reinforced with a double grate N8 / 20 on crushed stone pavement. The internal walls will also be made of 4 cm thermal panel. The building will house all the technological equipment needed to service the precision drip irrigation system, food units for greenhouses and plantations grown outdoors, water tank, filters and treatment facilities, automation of systems.There is a room for the employed staff and a warehouse. At present, the company grows 242 decares of lavender and 69.1 decares of balm. It is planned to create another 80 decares of lavender, 30 decares of yarrow and 16 decares of balm.
